I mean you can do whatever you want WFH, that's not a great data point. How would a bank possibly find out about a dab pen? For all they know I could run a meth lab from my home office, if my Zoom background looks good they would never know.

Alcohol is pretty common Thurs/Fri/Sat nights after work since banking is a fratty crowd, and some definitely use party drugs on their own time on the weekends but it's not like a firm gangbang all doing coke at the office. If you don't want to drink don't go out - similar to college honestly, there are parties but no one is forcing you to go. Going out for beers on a Friday afternoon is okay in some offices, but you're not getting wasted on the job. Similarly, Juuls and the like are kosher in most offices if used somewhat on the sly, but very few people smoke cigarettes (outside obviously) and don't think you could really get away with using a weed pen at work.

I smoke every single day. Sometimes during work hours at night if I just need to turn comments / have no work at the moment. Doesn’t really affect my performance, I’ve been smoking every day for a few years. I also workout every single day and care a lot about fitness fwiw

alcohol use is very common my whole analyst class drinks Friday Saturday and sometimes Sunday morning/day and will just deal will emails/comments wasted if they need. Obviously that’s never the plan but shit comes up and nobody is going to put their plans on hold “just in case”
