Hey guys, what is the general time frame for IB analyst FT positions. I was under the impression it was something like this:
Apply: 9/1-10/1
Interviews/Superdays: 9/20-10/20
Offers: 10/10-11/10
But someone else told me that January was IB recruiting season. Am I completely off base?

Important side note: I'm talking about MM IB
Generally the timeline is pretty similar to what you stated, if there is a formalized recruiting process at all. However, there can be certain exceptions or unanticipated openings that need to be filled.
The timeline seems a little late, but I am only familiar with BB and some top MM timelines. Also, January is typically SA recruiting.
