IB Lateraling
I'm looking to lateral firms from a regional boutique to a larger middle-market bank as an AN2. Curious about:
1- lateral recruitment timeline (approx) and current job market for banking (is it as good as it was this time last year)
2- I don't think I've gotten adequate modeling experience at my firm as compared to analysts at bigger banks, I have the fin. modeling courses though, is there one I should focus on for the interviews?
3-are technicals for lateral positions more advanced?
4-feasibility of moving up from a regional shop to a larger more established middle market
