IB or Consulting

Hi Everyone!I'll be joining a T-15 this fall and I'm confused about IB and consulting. Background:I'm an international student with an undergrad in finance and investment (3.8GPA). 5 years of work ex in Big4 Valuations and I'm also a CPA.The Dilemma:I think IB works well because of the my previous WE and I think I'd like the work. I saw a number of pre-MBA recruiting events on the uni website but the problem is that you'll have to commit to the internship if you get in (not that there's a guarantee of me getting in, but you know what I mean). Since I'm an international student, I'd also need sponsorship, which I've not heard about as much in IB.Having worked in Vals for 5 years, I'd like to explore consulting a bit more but I've heard that if you don't get an IB internship, recruiting for IB full time is a challenge. But I've heard that's not the case for MBB/consulting in general.Off late I've also been hearing from some alums that the exit ops for IB are at a significant pay cut but better hours. Be it consulting or IB, I'd like to work there for 3 years tops and then move to NFP or a foundation. But yeah, overall, confused on what to do next. If any of you have been in a similar situation, would love to hear your thoughts on how you navigated through this dilemma. If you haven't been in this situation, I'd still love to hear your thoughts on this!
