IB product groups with great WLB across the street

Title says it all. Any insight on which groups live a much better life than someone in coverage? Specifically at the associate + levels. Tired of working 80-100 hours a week and hate modeling but think I there are some interesting product groups out there that can keep me in banking and live a better work life

-Moelis L.A. Office

-JEF Houston

-BMO Metals & Mining

-Goldman TMT

-RBC M&A

-Laz/Evercore/Ducera Partners Restructuring

-Houlihan Lokey M&A

All pretty chill groups full of lifestyle bankers. Type of place where MDs leave the office at midday on Friday's and the IB groups end the day at 5PM with a few beers in the office before going home for the entire weekend and not logging back on until 9:30 - 10:00AM Monday. Hours close to 50-60 and maybe 75 absolute worst case scenario if on multiple live deals.

Would second this.

Heard BMO M&M pays top of street and juniors get two protected weekends a year. Buddy says he only works 30-40 hours a week since people aren’t into precious metals anymore and would prefer to have vegan metals.

Hmm from my limited knowledge it seems like Intrepid in LA has a pretty good wlb and the people are happy. can’t speak to hours, etc however
