IB Recruiting Timeline & Resume

I am currently drafting my resume for IB recruiting this fall and winter. My time line has been pretty messed up because I was playing college football at a small school and then my local juco. Now that I am transferring to a target school this spring, I did research and observed that due to my delayed graduation I may be able to recruit on cycle for the coming recruitment period. If anyone has any experience with this or knows if this is at all possible it would be great to hear. If so I am also wondering if I should include all 3 schools on my resume or a combination, for reference I do not attend the target until January so I would not have a gpa from that University until then. At the past two schools, I made deans list every semester and played as a college athlete which may be useful to include for a recruiting profile.
