Which one would you chose between Citi and Lazard (central European office - Madrid), also do you guys know how easy is to move from IBD regional office to PE?

Career Resources
The experience can certainly be valuable and certainly help you land a solid PE role. I know someone who went from a BeNeLux office at a EB (LAZ/EVR/MoCo) to UMM PE in London. A word of caution...the worst Lazard offices (by far in Europe, and potentially globally) are Paris, Amsterdam and...Madrid! I'm sure the experience will be incredible but you'll get your fair share of 100h weeks and verbal abuse. The issue is that I am not sure how great the experience at Citi Madrid would be so I am still tempted to suggest Lazard...
