IB Street Pay?

I know this is extremely frowned upon because as we all know the last reason we are in investment banking is for the money. We are all in IB because of how intellectually stimulating the field is and the opportunity for growth. However, I am curious as to what is considered street pay?

Adding on with street bases -

125k AN2
135k AN3 (this is being used a bit less with 2 yr analyst programs but can be used for laterals too)

175k ASO0 (six months stub); ASO1
200k ASO2
225k ASO3

VP+ tends to be quite a bit more variable.

VP should be around 250k to 300k base but it also depends and can be flat all three or so years.

D/MD tend to be in the 300k to 350k base range as well.

ANL / ASO figures are more lock-step with the delta coming from the A2A promote. VP+ tends to be a bit more bank specific.

For the variable end of year bonus aspect, that tends to be group, firm, and individual performance specific. They’ve been trending downward last couple of years, and I’ll let someone else opine on a range

Finally, another rule of thumb, the higher you progress, the more you should expect in deferred stock-based compensation.
