IB to Public Policy
Obviously not a common path, but curious if anyone has taken this route or knows of someone who did so after their analyst stint. Any thoughts/stories about someone moving to either a policy consulting, think tank, or lobbying type role?
Henry Paulson might know a thing or two about this exit pathway - great guy from GS you should look him up
Think tank can be fairly doable, but policy path usually requires advanced degrees or extensive experience within a particular industry
