IB v. TR
I will be attending a non-target prestigious state school with a top alumni program. I am currently trying to plan my career path. I aspire to go into IB after undergrad and work my way up. However, I would have a great opportunity to go into S&T because of my mother and her connections. My mother is a top natural gas trader and works at a MM firm. She was saying that she could easily get me into trading at a good firm. However, I feel as if there are more career opportunities in IB and more of a chance to move into different spaces. I was just asking for feedback and what others thought of my situation. Sorry in advance if I messed up on any technical terms and such. Thanks for any and all feedback.
