IB vs Audit

I have been given the opportunity to work in IB at a boutique in South Florida FT or Audit at the Big 4. My plan is to work in a Finance role long-term as a career. I know that doing Audit Big 4 to the transaction services at a Big 4 is possible after a couple years.

For me to have a good career in finance, should I just start the IB boutique or actually go into Audit and start my finance career in 2 yrs by going to transaction services? Will the Big 4 TS give better opportunities than an IB boutique??

PS I want to stay in Florida, I don't want to do IB in NY or anywhere else.

Knowing more about the boutique offer would be helpful, however as it currently stands joining big 4 over investment banking would mean you are putting off a finance role for an accounting role, with potential to jump back into finance in the future.

In your shoes, with current info provided, I would take the banking offer and never look back.
