IBD, but no work?

I am working in a part of the world, where everyone is working back at home now because of Omicron. Myself and my MD (plus his PA) are the only people who come into the office in our section.

I haven't been getting any work. I help out with here and there for my MD like taking notes and doing research, but mostly reading the news and chilling to be honest, even watching Netflix on data (not using office wifi). The rest of my team are on more active deals/leave/wfh so they don't have the need to ask me for work and the deals I'm on pretty straight forward, and don't really need any input, just waiting for client or emailing them. It's been like this ever since mid-December.

Have I just unknowingly peaked in IB, basically no work, but full visibility with senior? Or is it like this for everyone?

As a first year, I feel like I am not learning much. Any advice on what to do with the time?
