I go to a top 15 business school and am recruiting for IBD at a BB via an off campus process.
It’s not a structured process but I had met with 2 MD’s and an associate. This was considered my final round.
When I left, the alumni told me that I should hear back by early next week.
I’ve heard in the past people got offers on the spot but is it bad not hearing within 24 hours?

Superdays you usually hear back the same night or first thing in the morning if your a top choice. Otherwise it could be a ~week if they are waiting to hear back from someone else.
If your's is off cycle, I wouldnt stress.
sorry, did your peers or other people who interviewed with you (if any) get offers much sooner? if so, yes you can be concerned but there isn't anything you can really do.
if not, wait until a day after they said they would get back to you and follow up with an email. i wouldn't stress especially since the day they said they'd get back to you hasn't even come yet.
