Gun after the boutiques. Some of them will still be recruiting over March. Also, regional offices at MM firms could have recruiting that is a lot more ad-hoc. Landed a front office role at a large MM towards end of March / early April last year due to that very reason.
Will do, thanks. Any suggestions on specific offices for MMs? I'm already at a boutique now, but with the amount of time I've spent networking over the past few months, I'd really like to go for a stronger name/ better deal flow to help with FT recruitment.
