Like you have the blue blood "5 star" IMG/Oak Hill/ Whartons recruits hoping for offers from Alabama/Duke/CVP, GS etc.And of course the not as heavily recruited like JJ Watt walking on to Wisconsin and becoming an All Pro/ kid from a "non target" who makes partner in MF PE
