If you could do it over again

I know it is very dependent on the bank, but wanted to get a sense of how people are thinking of the current landscape. We can hold constant that it is a top 5 or so NYC IB and specific to coverage. If you were doing it over and had your choice of group, what would it be and why? League tables aren't at the core of my question, but overall deal flow in XYZ industry is certainly applicable especially future prospects of industry.

Longevity is also important, wouldn't be 2 and out. Think of it more at the VP level. Thoughts?
