Im getting grinded for 90-100 hour weeks every single week in a sweatshop and am in really dark place. Have been trying for 6+ months to exit but cant get anything despite having 2 YOE at top BB. It’s somehow fucking harder to get a shitty strategic finance job in 2025 than it was to get my IB internship.
