Impact of GPA Drop on Return offer.

I signed with a BB for IB SA 21 earlier in the Fall. Unfortunately, it looks like my GPA will be taking a hit this semester, dropping anything from 0.12-0.18 depending on how finals go. The GPA that I had on my resume when I applied was not stellar to begin with (3.6), and it's gonna be close to 3.4 at the end of the semester. Do you believe this might impact the bank's decision on whether to extend me a return offer or not? For context, I am an engineering major taking difficult major classes which explains the drop in GPA.
