Improving process management in IB
Any bankers with tips on improving process management? My technical skills are solid but I feel like I struggle taking ownership of the overall process at the associate level and driving it forward unless I’m told to manage a particular deliverable.
What has worked for you making the jump from execution only as an analyst to project management as an associate?
