Include Laid off BB or Most Recent LMM on Resume?

I was laid off in Summer 2024 from a BB and worked at a LMM bank since November 2024.

I intend to lateral into another BB this year . Would it hurt me to include the LMM experience on my resume (I only have one month of experience there) or only show my recent BB experience (which shows I was laid off)?

Would it be a red flag if I was job searching from the LMM 1 month into the gig? I was thinking it'd be easier to explain the layoff from the BB (plus the BB brand and deal experience would be more beneficial) than the LMM which I just started and don't have much experience to explain

It probably depends on when you find a role. If you are deep in a process this month, then probably don't mention the firm you have been with for two months. Different story if this process is in August.

I’m in the first round for a couple processes that I applied to and still applying to future roles.

Should I include / mention the LMM bank in that case?
