Including availability in cold outreach emails

Hi,

College student here writing cold networking emails. Just wondering, is it bad etiquette/presumptuous to end a cold outreach email with something like "Would you be open to a phone call in the coming weeks? I'd really appreciate it. I am free all day X and X, and can make time on X and X. Thank you."

Should I just always say "I can meet whenever's easiest for you", even if I really am not free some days (work and school)"? I feel like including availability allows for the easiest scheduling because there's not as much back and forth....
