Income statement & balance sheet

Working on an old LBO case study - the management historical and projected financials are on a yearly basis, and the few balance sheet working capital items are as of Q3. Closing date for the transaction is 12/31.

Do I need to estimate Q3 LTM Revenue & EBITDA, since the working capital balance sheet items are as of Q3 (I.e, when putting together the Pro Forma capitalization, it’s as of Q3 but my financials are of the previous year end…) thanks!
