Incoming 2026 SA CB to IB Question

Hi everyone, I am an incoming SA 2026 in the Corporate Banking division under the IB house in a large bank, coming from a large state school interested in IB. What is the best way to approach this transition? Recruit for FT at the same bank, re-recruit at a different bank for FT, or get the CB return and try to lateral one year in? Any advice is appreciated.
