Incoming 26 IB SA Curious about Full Time Recruiting
I'm coming into a top MM as a SA for this summer, but frankly I think I might need a leg up in bank prestige for my end goal (MMHFs). I was curious to know from people who have attempted full time recruitment after securing their return offer, when should I begin networking and when does the interview process typically occur?
Of course, my priority this summer is securing the return, but I do want to be cognizant of timelines/norms to position myself for a higher tier BB/EB.
I would say network now tbh, and reach back out in late july.
