Incoming Analyst - Places to Live (London)

Incoming IB Analyst working in the City, where to live in terms of area? Do 1st year analysts tend to live alone or flat share? If I'm planning on saving, assuming a base of around 68,000 how much should go to rent+utilities+council tax etc..? I do prefer living alone but know that this is really expensive. Is paying 1600 monthly too much?

On another note, if anyone is looking for a flatmate moving in around June time, please comment below.

Same situation here! I'm currently looking to live alone on a similar base salary(bit higher) and also working in the city. However, I might consider flatsharing if it ends up being too expensive alone. Feel free to drop me a PM
