Incoming Greenhill Analyst Worried about Exits and Job Security
To give some background, I joined this bank because of the brand value and exits it offered. We saw decent m and a movement my summer and I’m convinced that this merger will make it worse. I also go to a relatively bad school so this makes it even more worrisome to try and recruit out.
Wanted to hear thoughts on
1) how exits this on cycle will be affected by possible brand dilution from Mizuho
2)the chance of the RX group getting cut as a result of this due to conflict of interest (my friend at school who I’m posting with is incoming there)
3) where to even recruit out given the difficult hiring environment
