Hi there WSO I know a question that has probably been asked a million times before but help is always appreciated. I am starting as a SA at a BB this summer, working the the Sponsors group. What skills do I need to be efficient at in order to get that FT offer? I'm not that proficient at Excel so obviously I need to work on that, any modeling skills needed? Thanks

depends on the bank actually. are you going into an execution Sponsors group (BAML/CS/Citi) or is it origination (GS/JPM)? if latter, you would hardly do any modeling
