Incoming SA Situation

Hi Everybody-

I got an SA offer at a TMT IB group for next summer in NY in a group-specific process later in the recruiting process. Earlier in the recruiting process, I went through a process with the same firm and group (TMT), but for the CHI office, but I didn't make it past the second round interview. I did well in those two interviews, but unfortunately wasn't selected to move on.

There were only 4 people who interviewed me total (2 2-on-1s), and I had a coffee chat with one person who referred me (all from the CHI office). This is a bit of a weird situation so do you think this could cause me issues during the internship? The only person who will likely remember me is the person I coffee chatted with, and even then I'm not sure how closely the NY office works with the CHI office. I'd appreciate any insight anyone has here.
