Incoming summer intern in London at a BB/EB. Haven't started background checks yet, is this normal?
Also, what is everyone's experience with these companies?

Incoming MM, not heard anything about background checks yet
Last year for different MM it was March
Never had a background check for my EB summer last year

I think its quite normal. I remember at my SA, the background check wasn't till May or June. Heard of people still in the background check process during the start of the internship lol.
That's so weird aha, I thought one of the conditions in the contract was to PASS the background check
How did they do the BG Check?
Done by third party company (such as Reed)
