Hi guys, I’m a south Asian in IB and was wondering which cities in the US seem to have the most Indian people in finance? I know there’s a lot spread out all over, but if something like NYC or SF would have a higher percentage? Grew up in a very non Indian town and would love to find someone with the same roots as me and settle down.

More Indians in the bay area than New Delhi
Bay Area and San Fran have a very large South Asian contingent (think slightly more South Indians than North)
Most Indians I have met were in
- bay area (because tech workers are often from India)
- Texas, some parts ie Plano and DFW
- NJ/NY/Pennsylvania area
- Some hotspots in Florida
There are a lot of Indians in finance, I don't think I have ever worked in a company where I didn't meet anyone from India.
I'm brown and work at bb in nyc. There's a decent number of indians here but yea def more in SF.

Jersey City is all South Asian. Literally the super heros here are brown.
Idk about SF but NYC has tons. We rolled 400 deep when Pathaan came out
Bay Area shows for Pathaan were sold out for 3 weeks in a row. My friend and I could not find a seat that was not in the first row. We ultimately took the L and went first row
