Insight on Performance Trust Capital Partners?
Anyone have insight on Performance Trust Capital Partners in Chicago, specifically their FIG investment banking group?
From what I understand, they focus on FIG IB and also have sales and trading.
Saw a FIG analyst posting with a $75–90k salary range, which seems low for Chicago IB, so I’m wondering if that’s outdated or if bonus/ESOP comp makes up for it.
I’ve heard positive things about the firm, including good hours and employee ownership through an ESOP.
Would appreciate any insight on comp, culture, hours, deal flow, etc.
