Insights on hiring process at Rothschild & Co, Moelis and PJT

Does anyone have any insights on the screening and interview process at Rothschild & Co, Moelis and PJT in Europe? Are they shops where most positions are filled through company referrals or only hire from HEC, LSE, LBS? Would really appreciate insights on this!

Anyone know when their recruitment cycle for graduate and off-cycle programmes typically start? Thanks

Roths def not *too* exclusive. Seen Nottingham, WW and UCL grads there.
