Institutional Equity Sales MD comp
Just as the title says, what do you guys think all in comp is for MD’s at BB’s in institutional equity sales? Saw some different numbers online seemed like a wide range.

Is it actually that high? I would’ve expected less
As low as 550 at smaller shops
I would say probably 500k-1m, with 1m being the stars. Probably 10-20% haircut for non-BBs.
