Interal fee allocation

Looking for some insight into how the transaction fees of a deal are allocated internally among a team. I would assume this varies widely and is dependent on the size of the firm itself. For example, the percentages of the total transaction fee back to the firm, and to each the MD, VP, SAs, etc. I would assume this could also be delivered as a bonus in some instances, so that there isn't so much of a calculation directly derived from each transaction, but if anyone has any insight/examples, I'd be very interested to hear them. To be clear, I'm not asking about the actual success fee structure.
