This is other income, so it would include things besides interest, no? And it's a negative expense, so it's interest income.

Go look up the company's definition of the line item, often this other line includes some legacy items or non-core bits and pieces that might swing it to income in a given quarter. Or maybe they have very small minority stakes in other companies generating income.

But taking that aside and assuming there are no other items in that line, it just means that interest income > interest expense (the line item is net). Company might have very low debt or a very high credit rating to achieve this
