Interesting Question

Since someone did bring up PWM in the other thread, I have a question.

Do you guys think that it is more difficult to climb the later to MD in IB or MD in PWM? The pay at that level is essentially the same, clearly the lifestyle(autonomy, golf, etc) in PWM is better - but which is more difficult?
