Intern Interview Question: What is your outlook on current market conditions (make relevant to IB)

Hi! I'm in the process of interviewing for Internships in IB in Australia and a question I have been asked and need to prep for has been "What is your outlook on current market conditions". This needs to relevant to IB/deal flow/ debt etc. I was wondering what would be key things to discuss (macro etc) but without making it too complicated?

Basic global macro themes are just inflation/interest rates and also interest toward China and its economic condition (lower than expected growth recently). I think for your interview answer, begin with these themes and tailor towards a sector, product or whatever you find interesting. That's where you can deepen your analysis with specific sector/product headwinds which can set you apart from the others.
