What are the highest paying BBs or banks in general. Who pays hourly still? I think Wells Fargo and Goldman still do hourly?

A lot of banks do hourly. They are all pro rata based on AN1 salary
Most of the BBs are prorated AN1 but I think a lot more MMs pay summer analysts hourly.

I’m pretty sure WFS is one of the few that pays 1.5 overtime. That shit can rack up during the summer.

Yup Wells Fargo IB SAs are paid $40/hr and then $60/hr overtime. A WF analyst told me he made $30k during his SA but it will vary based on hours worked.
Macquarie Cap pays 100k prorated + 0.5x OT. So 48/hour for 40 hours, and 24 an hour for anything above.
My bank offered $20 hour seems super low
