rough estimate but I'm pretty sure it is in the ballpark of $22-28/hr. Overtime I am not sure. I think it varies among firms/groups.
Concerning overtime:
IBD - fixed amount (not sure how this breaks down hourly, it varies depending on your hours)
S&T - there is overtime pay but it is backlog, so you get half your regular hourly pay for each hour worked overtime (35-40 if not more hourly)
Wealth Management & other divisions - time and half for overtime. (28-33 hourly)
EB my pay this summer will be
$40ish/hr then $61/hr for overtime
