Internal Mobility in BB
Hey Everyone,
Looking for the Over/Under if a job offer is likely coming when an internal team calls your manager?
I work at a BB in the US, applied for an internal position in the UK. After multiple rounds of interviews, the team called my manager as well as their manager. They said the meeting went well, but would not give me any indication of outcome. Its been a week and I haven't heard anything back. I keep hearing bureaucratic excuses and these take time, but we've all seen how quick these things can move too.

The new team will collect feedback from your manager. I hope you laid some groundwork with your manager before he got the meeting.
