Internal Transfer After SA

Dual citizen here working in Asia for SA at a top bank and top group. Long-story short, for personal reasons, parents will be moving back to the Bay Area from Asia and I want to be close to them as they are older. Given a visa will not be an issue, do you think the firm/other firms will be receptive to an international transfer if I get a return?
