I am a sophomore from a non target school. U of M Carlson school of management in Minneapolis. I haven’t decided upon a major but I am thinking Finance. I have a low GPA 2.2. I have a lot of work experience as a manager for a small business. I am black if that helps me lol. Any recommendations for internships .
