internships with sleep

Junior in college looking for an internship this upcoming summer. The problem is I also run track and so I'll need to be running all summer. My friend took a goldman internship a couple years back and loved it but said he didn't get much sleep.

What are the options that would allow maybe a couple hours a day to run and 8 hours of sleep a night. I'd be willing to work the other 13-14.

Should I go hedge fund or private equity etc...and what companies would be best?

I can run whenever. i can run at 10 at night or 6 in the morning...whenever i can get a couple hours to myself.

Try maybe PWM, FYI- I do not too much about in that area besides that the hours are not as harsh...... maybe others can give u some comments

I'll eventually be giving up track (after college) but for now I'm just looking for a division or company that allows for some work/life balance such that I don't need to work more than 13-14 hours/day.

[quote=creative]rofl "work-life balance"... perhaps you're looking in the wrong field, have you considered accounting?

Don't listen to college kids like this...

Even if you're in the office 16-20 hours / day, you could probably get in a run each evening. As an intern, it's mostly face time anyway.
