Maybe someone can provide some insight...I just had a 2nd round interview for a full-time analyst position with a 2nd tier bank in their real estate finance group. I was told that the group was inmpressed with me, but I should contact them in three weeks to check on my candidacy. Does this mean I am on some sort of waitlist? Is this a promising response or am I screwed?
