So I was emailed last Friday regarding a SA role and that the bank wanted to interview me and wanted to know the best time on monday (today) to do this. I gave them the times, but never received a confirmation. Today, I decided to email the girl this morning just to confirm that the interview was still on for today, but never got a reply back. I waited until the time that I told them and as I kind of expected didn't receive a call. Anyone know why this might of occurred? Should I email the person for the 3rd time or wait and see if they eventually get to my email,? If I email her again, what should I say ?

Your HR correspondent will get back to you. I was in the same situation - got an email asking about my availability for an interview day that eventually passed with no confirmation from them. They got back to me later and scheduled for the same day a week late. If they said they'll interview you, they'll interivew (you have it in writing!), so just sit tight.
If i were you I wouldnt bug them again. Just be patient and wait. You don't want to get a reputation as the annoying "kid".
If SA stands for Sales Analyst*, there's nothing wrong with being persistent, IMHO. If you have a phone number, give them a call.
