This may be a stupid question, but in the interview process for BB, at what stage would you consider it to be when the interview is over the phone with a HR campus recruiter? I have one set up for Monday with a BB, and am wondering what stage this is (considering it so late for BB, I'm guessing this is mop up recruiting so may differ from traditional courses of action).

I've never really heard of HR interviewing a candidate. What division is it for? HR?
Haha, I sure as hell hope not. It's their campus recruiter. And they haven't told me which division. They just called me out of the blue and said I have an interview.
In any case, It's safe to assume that you will face typical behavioral questions. Just make sure you can tell good stories. Best of luck, let us know if you find any more details.
First round phone screen. Although if it is accelerated due to being so late, they will probably just move you straight to a superday if they like you.
