Interview with director of research

Have an upcoming interview with a director of research for a lateral research associate hire at a BB. So far process has been: phone screen with internal recruiter--》 modeling and writing exam--》 interview with hiring analyst --》 upcoming conversation. What wouild you suggest I do to prepare?

Background: 2016 grad, junior analyst at regional buy side shop

Hey, went through a similar interview process at a boutique.

The interview w/ the hiring analyst and modeling/writing test are the most important, so congratulations on making it to the final round!

My last interview was with the director of research as well as two other analysts, and they were all fit. The interviewers wanted to make sure my desire to work in ER was genuine and wanted to see if I could fit in culturally, beyond just having a good relationship with the hiring analyst.

My advice would be to stay true to your story of why you want to work in ER. Make sure what you say is consistent w/ what you said to the senior analyst.

Check out the blog link below. It details out the ER interview process, and the "Final Round" section matched my own experience.
