Interview with Houlihan Lokey Restructuring for Summer Analyst Program NYC (INTERVIEW TIPS?)

Hey guys/gals,

I have a first round with HL RX on campus and was wondering what I should expect technical wise. I'm an econ major with some finance experience, so I'm trying to figure out what I should prep for, thanks. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Top RX shop, so expect some tough technicals. Know what makes a company 'distressed', how valuation differs for a distressed company, probably questions about PIK debt, and different tranches of debt.

this is a brtual interview process (i had it for FT)...but not sure how intense it was for SA kids. how was it for you?
