Interviewing 2 Professionals in Investment Banking
Hello everyone, I am currently a 2nd year university student. As part of an assignment I have to interview two professionals working in my area of interest. The assignment concerns us discovering our potential future careers and the use of interviewing two professionals is to get a realistic view of what a job is actually like in reality.
I am currently quite set on being a financial analyst but that is quite a broad term, hence, I would like to gain some insight from investment bankers into their daily lives, what they enjoy/dislike about their work and HRM practices that affect them. The interview is composed of 10 questions which are relatively general but leave a lot of room for elaboration should one wish to do so. The duration of the interview should be no longer than 20-30 minutes.
If there are any investment bankers who would be willing to participate please give me our email address so the questions can be sent on or if it suits better your Skype account so as to actually discuss the questions.
Your company name and position is required. Providing your full name is preferred as anonymity is ensured - only my lecturer will be seeing this assignment. However, if that makes you uncomfortable it can be omitted.
