If I want banking long term at BB/EB, how would you rank restructuring at a MM practice like RJ/WB vs S&T at GS/MS/JPM/BAML? For SA?

banking experience is banking experience.. s&t is not banking. def take mm offer, esp if in it for a long term IB career.
I mean if you want to do banking, a job in trading isn't really as good as a job in banking
